Dear Students,

Welcome to Machine Learning course. Throughout this semester, we will explore key concepts in supervised and unsupervised learning, from linear and logistic regression to clustering, anomaly detection, and recommender systems.

Course Overview

• Supervised Learning: Linear & Logistic Regression, SVMs.
• Unsupervised Learning: Clustering, Autoencoders, Anomaly Detection.
• Model Evaluation: Bias-Variance Tradeoff, Metrics.
• Neural Networks.

We will focus on both theory and implementation, using Python, NumPy, scikit-learn, Pytorch and Tensorflow. By the end of this course, you should be able to build and evaluate machine learning models and understand their real-world applications.
