The course '' Place assessment from Historical perspective case Algeria '' is interested in the   establishment and the constitution of the architectural and urban fabric in Algeria from a historical point of view taking into account the different theoretical perspectives in dealing with the assessment of the place and the three main historical aspects of this constitution: Implementation, transformation and standardization.
