The Maths1 unit for the first year LMD Sciences and technologie covers some mathematical notions to make a transition between the knowledge in analysis and
algebra accumulated in high school and the bases which will form one of the pillars in the training in analysis and algebra of the license.
This course has four main chapters, where the notions of mathematical proof method, sets, relationships and applications, real functions
to a real variable and application to elementary functions are exposed. Each chapter of this course ends with solved exercises allowing
you to go further in understanding and assimilating the mathematical concepts introduced.
