La matière Echantillonnage et Indices de pollution est un enseignement de type méthodologique comprenant deux séances de cours et une séance de TP. Il est destiné aux étudiants de Master 1 de la spécialité Ecosystémes aquatiques filière Hydrobiologie. Il est enseigné au semestre 1.

The course covers general concepts of law, Algerian legislation, and general regulations (law on consumer protection, hygiene, labeling and information, food additives, packaging, trademarks, safety, and preservation).
A detailed section is dedicated to the presentation of control bodies (DCP, CACQE, Hygiene Office, ONML), and Standardization and Accreditation bodies (IANOR, ALGERAC).
A final part of the course deals with international standards (ISO, Codex Alimentarius, NA, AFNOR).
