Ce cours est destiné aux étudiants, inscrits en licence, opThe certification and standardization course is divided into four chapters. The first chapter covers the study of the company and its environment, company organization, analysis of processes and activities, and Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) issues and requirements. The second chapter addresses the various management systems: quality, safety, and environment. The third chapter explains the steps involved in implementing a management system, the integrity of QSE systems, certification, and certification bodies. The fourth chapter provides the necessary management tools: project management, meeting facilitation/leadership, presentation techniques, and QSE dashboard indicators. The final chapter is devoted to continuous improvement and sustainable development.tion : Ecologie et environnement.

Objectifs généraux

Le cours  a pour objectif de démontrer á l’étudiant comment géré et organisé une entreprise et son environnement, d’expliquer les techniques de management de qualité, de sécurité et de l’environnement et leurs exigences de plus en plus rigoureuses dans le cadre du développement durable.
