The “Communication English” module, designed for first-year Food Science students, (Common Core 1), aims to develop students’ language and communication skills necessary for understanding and expressing ideas in English within scientific and professional contexts. The course focuses on oral and written communication, essential scientific vocabulary, comprehension of specialized texts, and the writing of basic documents related to food sciences. Interactive and practical activities are integrated to encourage active learning and build students’ confidence in real-life communication situations.
