English – Level 2-2026

This course develops students’ ability to understand, analyze, and communicate in English in general and scientific contexts related to food science. It focuses on listening, reading, speaking, and research skills through the study of audio and video documents, scientific and general press articles, role-playing, oral presentations, and documentary research. The course prepares students to use English in their academic studies and future professional activities in food science.
